The electromagnetic and ultrasonic mouse repellents work amazingly. I just hope the sounds they radiant don't eventually give me cancer or something, that always worries me that a small lil rodent, or a dog whistle, can be so sensitive to them yet I can't hear it or feel it. Next step is calling your exterminator, also probably a cancer causer, but I'd rather take some cancer down the line where there is a cure than having the thought of swallowing a spider, or waking up to nice big bites in the morning.

Or you can NOT be lazy and do home repairs :)

Ignoring home repairs is consciously lowering the value of your most important investment. And the simple fact is that malfunctions and disarray will simply not go away. Taking care of these issue while their still young can save you thousands. A helpful tip is to hire a home inspector to survey the damage and make timely suggestions. They do it for a living and they can help you find problems before it's too late.
